Return Policy

Madly Audacious Concepts Inc. d/b/a Madly Audio Boutique (“Madly Audio Boutique”) offers a 30 day return policy on new, regular-priced items. Some exceptions apply (see *Return Exceptions).

MACARIA by MACO™ 40% off VIP purchases: For those who have supported us by using the 40% off VIP promo for MACARIA purchases, your belief in our journey means everything to us. This discount was a special, one-time-only, pre-launch 'Thank You' to everyone who has stood by us. Please understand that purchases made with this promotion are considered final once shipped, meaning no returns can be accepted. However, we do accept cancellations before shipping, with a refund provided minus an administration fee. This policy ensures we can honor our commitment to our early supporters, offering flexibility until the shipment is finalized.

All other products regular-priced items: Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and unused within 30 days from the date your order is received for a full refund. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Opened items may be returned within 30 days from the date your order is received for refund less 20% of the original cost. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

All items are inspected upon receipt. The customer may be liable for any items returned damaged or missing parts. Items such as remotes and power cords can shift around in shipping and may damage the equipment. Make sure these items are packed securely.

In general, refunds are issued within fifteen business days after receipt of returned product at Madly Audio Boutique, however this timeline could be delayed for various reasons such as a required technical evaluation.

To initiate a return, please pack the product as new in the same packaging received and send to Madly Audio Boutique at the address which was provided to you with the original shipment. Physical or cosmetic defects must be reported within 72 hours after receipt, or they become the buyer's responsibility.

*Return Exceptions: Special order items, wearable items such as headphones, sale items (including special promotions, promo codes, etc.), open-box and discounted demo models sold “as is” are non-returnable and non-refundable.
