Return & Exchange Policy
Returns & Exchanges
- All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Defective or Damaged Items
- In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will coordinate with the manufacturer to arrange the appropriate repair or replacement in accordance with the warranty coverage.
Cancellations
- Cancellation requests may be submitted prior to shipment. Unfortunately, due to non-refundable fees charged by our e-commerce platform, a 3% cancellation fee will apply. This amount will be deducted from the refund when the cancellation is processed.
- MACO products are made-to-order and are therefore non-cancellable.
- Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.
