Returns & Exchanges

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery on eligible products.
• Applies to most products we carry.
• Exception: MACO products are non-refundable and non-cancellable as they are made-to-order.

Eligibility Requirements

• Returned in original packaging
• In like-new, resalable condition
• Complete with all accessories (remotes, power cords, manuals, bags, etc.)

Restocking Fee

• 15% restocking fee applies to all returns

Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• MACO products: return shipping does not apply, as they are non-refundable

Authorization

• All returns must be approved in advance
• Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

Exchanges

• Eligible exchanges (e.g., defective items) may have restocking fee waived, pending inspection
• MACO products cannot be exchanged

Final Sale Items

• Special orders, discounted items, and custom products may be final sale
• MACO products are always final sale
