• Free shipping in Canada on all orders from our store.
• We do not ship outside of Canada.
• Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional charges may apply for incorrect or incomplete addresses.
• Note: Your item has not shipped until you have received an email from us with a tracking number.

Shipping Timelines

Most in‑stock orders will ship within 2 business days of ordering. The following brands have exception lead times:

• Burmester products typically ship within 1–2 weeks.
• MACO products are made‑to‑order. Allow approximately four months for development prior to shipment. MACO orders are non‑cancellable once placed (see Returns & Exchanges).
